We're happy to welcome work experience placements from the Island's secondary schools. If you are interested in a work placement, please send your request via your school. Each placement will be for a period of 1 working week (working hours 10:00 - 16:00)

Many students choose to continue volunteering for the hospice after their work experience, if you would like to do this please speak to the volunteer team at the end of your placement.
Education and professional development is a big part of our strategy and using our experience and expertise to develop others is fundamental to our work.
We aim to be not only the leader in delivering palliative and end of life care but also the driving force behind the training and education that will enable hospice influenced care to be provided throughout our community.
As such, we offer clinical work placements and development opportunities. For clinical placements you must be aged 17 and above.
